Was a commercial building that has now been converted into a high end residential complex. It required a complete remodelling of the interiors and creating a new floor.
Due to the location of the site, there were no cranes on site. This proved quite challenging for a project which involved a reinforced concrete core and approximately 100 tones of structural steel!
The structural alteration package included temporary works, demolition, ground works, drainage a new reinforced concrete core rising through the existing building and structural alterations to all floors.
