Parkway

The site at 117 Parkway proved to be one of our most challenging yet. The site was bounded by listed buildings on one side, a railway parapet wall on the other and the only route in was a 2.1metre wide access road off a TFL red route.

Network Rail had to monitor the works because of the proximity to the tracks and piling rig had to be used with a mast low enough not to be able to topple and hit the parapet.

Notwithstanding the above the new build of 6 flats & 1 house and associated landscaping has been delivered successfully and has been shortlisted for the 2007 GRAND DESIGN AWARDS
