No 11 Hill St is a prime Mayfair property and we were contracted to Ibex Interiors to carry out the major structural alterations. The adjacent occupier is taking occupation of both Nos 11 & 13.

The major operation was to form new structural openings through the party wall on all floors whilst their business remained totally unaffected. The scheme has been so successful that all the works in No 13 are being negotiated directly with the client
